The sales span Cartwright Close, Carters, Woodlawn Estate, Royal Oaks and Brentwood, recorded in the municipalities of Brentwood, Franklin and Nashville. More than six acres in Brentwood’s Cartwright Close community carry the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom house at 1409 Montmorenci Pass, sited high above the street. Completed in 2021 with a reported 8,131 square feet, it sold for $7,995,000 in a closing recorded August 3, 2026.
