The week’s sales span Encinitas, Coronado Village and Rancho Santa Fe, with Encinitas and Rancho Santa Fe each appearing twice on the list. All five houses were built between 2005 and 2011, and they range from a working horse ranch seven miles from the coast to an oceanfront residence on Neptune Avenue and two gated estates inside the Covenant of Rancho Santa Fe.
No. 1 — $10,230,000 · 3113 Camino Del Rancho, Encinitas, California

The metro’s highest reported sale of the week was an equestrian property at 3113 Camino Del Rancho in the Olivenhain area of Encinitas, which closed on August 4, 2026 for $10,230,000. The 2007 main residence holds five bedrooms and six bathrooms across a reported 5,589 square feet, and the parcel runs to 10 usable acres about seven miles from the coast.
The main house was built in a lodge-inspired style, with exposed wood beams, stone-lined walls, hand-carved Torrey Pine interior doors and several interior courtyards.
