The five highest-priced home sales reported in Rock Hill, York & Lancaster Area, South Carolina for the week ending November 1, 2026, came to a combined $6.87 million. Three of the homes are in Clover, with one each in York and Rock Hill, and all five sit in York County.
New construction set the tone. Three of the five were built in 2026, and the oldest dates only to 2017. The group runs from a lakefront home with its own dock to a working spread with pasture, while a ranch-style design and a craftsman-influenced plan fill out the middle of the list.
No. 1 — $2,289,596 · 3716 Rivergrass Ln, York, South Carolina
The week’s top sale was a newly built home on the water in Handsmill On Lake Wylie, a gated community of custom homes in York. It sold for $2,289,596.
The Transitional-style home is finished in fiber cement and stone veneer and has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 5,768 square feet on a 0.60-acre lot. Its two stories sit over a finished basement with walk-out access, and it has water views year-round. The main level has an open plan, with a kitchen that has an island and a wet bar and a great room with a 60-inch linear gas fireplace. There is also a keeping room, a walk-in pantry, a drop zone and a guest bedroom with its own bath that can serve as a study. A large covered deck with a second gas fireplace looks out over Lake Wylie.
The basement has its own kitchen and living room, a second primary suite, and a room for workouts or media. Its bar room has bottle shelves, a sink, an icemaker and a beverage refrigerator, and glass roll-up doors open it toward the lake. The property has both attached and detached garages, with four garage spaces. The property last sold for $1.1 million in 2025, and it sold this time for $1,300,000.
