Lake Tahoe dominated the week, with four of the five top sales in Incline Village and the fifth on a golf course in Reno.

Reno, Nevada Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Incline Village Mountain Estate Leads at $9.9 Million

The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Reno, Nevada metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, totaled $22.87 million. All five are in Washoe County, and four of them are in Incline Village, on the Nevada shore of Lake Tahoe.

The group runs from a mountain estate on more than five acres to a remodeled lakefront condominium built in 1970 and a contemporary home completed this year. The lone Reno sale is a custom home on a golf course in a gated community.

No. 1 — $9,850,000 · 797 Ida Ct, Incline Village, Nevada

A Mountain-style estate at 797 Ida Court in Incline Village sold for $9,850,000, the highest price of the week. Built in 2006 on 5.35 acres, the home sits on a cul-de-sac and backs to a greenbelt, with views that take in Lake Tahoe, the surrounding mountains and a ski area. A gated entry and a heated driveway lead to a three-car garage.

The home is finished in stone, stucco and frame, and inside it has 8,096 square feet, the most of the five, along with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Beamed and vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace and tall windows facing the lake greet visitors at the entrance. The kitchen has slab granite counters, quartzite floors and a walk-in pantry, with a breakfast area alongside. The primary suite is on the main level and has its own gas fireplace. Each of the five bedrooms has its own bath.

Much of the rest of the home is given to leisure. There is a theater room, a wine room and a built-in bar, plus a workout area with a sauna. Outside, two stone decks look toward the lake. The property last sold for $6.2 million in 2010.

It is an end unit with walk-out access to Lake Tahoe, and residents share a private dock and a buoy field, with one buoy assigned to each condominium. Glass doors open straight onto the lakefront, and the lake is in view from nearly every room.

The building dates to 1970, the oldest of the five, but the unit has been through a complete remodel in a sleek, modern style. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,100 square feet over two stories, along with a one-car garage. The doors, the audio-visual system and much else are controlled from iPads and wall switches. The centerpiece is a hot tub enclosed in floor-to-ceiling glass and facing the lake. Custom built-ins run through the unit, and there is a wet bar beside a high-end kitchen.

Outside the unit, the complex has landscaped grounds, open lawn and a private walk along the water. The property last sold for $1.175 million in 2010.

ArrowCreek is a private, gated golf course community with round-the-clock staffed security, and this half-acre lot overlooks the sixth, seventh and eighth holes of the lower Legends course. From the home the views reach across the fairways to the city lights, the valley foothills and the mountains beyond.

Built in 2016 with stone veneer and stucco, the home has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and 4,842 square feet, and every bedroom has its own bath. Daily life is set up on the main level. The great room has a three-sided linear gas fireplace six feet long, wood ceiling panels and large picture windows. A separate den is lined with knotty alder shelving and paneling behind sliding wood doors. The kitchen has custom walnut cabinetry, a walk-in pantry and a walnut waterfall bar that extends from the island. The home has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and 2,821 square feet on an 8,319-square-foot lot. The primary bedroom is on the main level, and each of the three bedrooms has its own bath and private deck. A wet bar on the first floor serves the lawn and outdoor entertaining areas, and a rooftop terrace is reached from inside.

Ownership includes full IVGID privileges, which give access to private Lake Tahoe beaches, Diamond Peak Ski Resort, golf, tennis and pickleball. The property last sold for $170,500 in 2022, before the current home was built.
