Punta Gorda, Florida Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: $1.56 Million Port Charlotte Sale Tops the Week

The four-bedroom house at 103 Graham Street SE in Port Charlotte was built in 2020 on a half-acre lot, with travertine flooring, a screened saltwater pool and an attached three-car garage, and it closed on August 27. It ranked No. 1 among five reported home sales in the Punta Gorda, Florida metro area for the week ending August 30, which together totaled $5.76 million.

All five sales were waterfront: a harbor-front house with a private beach in Port Charlotte, a bayfront residence at Placida Harbour, two canal-front homes with 10,000-pound boat lifts, and an Englewood property with 100 feet of seawall and no bridges out to Lemon Bay. Geographically the week’s list runs from Port Charlotte and Placida to two Punta Gorda addresses, one of them in Pirate Harbor, and Grove City Cove in Englewood.

No. 1 — $1,565,000 · 103 Graham Street SE, Port Charlotte, Florida

Top home sale No. 1 in the Punta Gorda, Florida metro area β€” 103 Graham Street SE, Port Charlotte, Florida, week ending August 30, 2026

A 2020 custom build on the Port Charlotte harborfront led the week, closing on August 27, 2026 for $1,565,000. The four-bedroom, three-bath house carries a reported 2,841 square feet on a half-acre lot with a private sandy beach and unobstructed views across Charlotte Harbor, which the floor plan pulls into nearly every room.

Listing materials identify construction and elevation features chosen to resist storm damage: the home sits above flood requirements on an over-engineered foundation, under a standing-seam metal roof, with impact-glass windows and two-foot soffit overhangs. Travertine flooring, solid wood cabinetry and volume ceilings carry through the interior, behind plantation shutters. The great room centers on a floor-to-ceiling entertainment wall with an electric fireplace and opens through zero-corner doors, and the kitchen is built around an expansive island with stone counters, a built-in oven and an induction cooktop. A separate den doubles as a piano room or home office.

The spacious lanai, fitted with a newly installed retractable hurricane shutter, fronts a screened saltwater pool with a new heater, and an outdoor kitchen area is pre-plumbed and vented for a grill. The paver drive leaves room for an RV on the east side of the house, with a custom rack for kayaks and canoes on the other, and dock plans were available at closing. The property sits a short drive from the Port Charlotte Beach Complex, the Sunseeker Resort and downtown Punta Gorda.

The $1,565,000 closing put David Garofalo of Lpt Realty, LLC at the listing side of the highest-priced reported sale in RealtyWire’s Punta Gorda Metro Area Top 5 for the week. Sandra Osorio, PA of Compass Florida LLC represented the buyer.
