Castleberry, a shingle-style house off Ocean Drive at 41 Castle Hill Ave, sold for $7,100,000 on September 15, 2026. The five-bedroom home has seven full and two half baths, a reported 11,293 square feet and an elevator serving its floors, and it was offered turnkey apart from personal items.
The main level is arranged around a great room that opens cooking, dining and sitting areas to one another, with a formal dining room alongside and a family room with a fireplace that can serve instead as a first-floor bedroom, with its own full bath. On the second floor, the primary bedroom has a second fireplace and the laundry room sits on the same level. Below grade are a media room with a wet bar, an exercise room and utility space.

A Colonial Revival on a prominent corner of Providence’s College Hill sold for $3,400,000 on September 16, 2026. The house at 102 Prospect St was built in 1906 for Dr. Henry A. Whitmarsh and designed by the Providence architectural firm Clarke & Howe, and it holds six bedrooms and six baths across a reported 6,150 square feet on a lot of nearly 10,000 square feet.
A center hall hung with gilded wallpaper opens onto the entertaining rooms, with a library finished in midnight blue and custom built-ins on one side and the living and dining rooms on the other.
