The Saint Augustine house at 178 Pelican Reef Dr was completed in 2018 on the Intracoastal Waterway, with walls of glass facing the water and a private dock carrying two boat lifts and deep-water access. Its $7 million sale led five reported closings in the Jacksonville metro area for the week ending September 20, 2026, a group that came to $21.37 million combined.

Ponte Vedra Beach took two places on the list, with the others in Saint Augustine, Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach. Private docks with two boat lifts serve the Pelican Reef and Palm Valley houses; the Marsh Landing sale takes in marsh and Intracoastal views from a three-acre island site; and the list closes on the Atlantic, in a Jacksonville Beach building of 14 residences.
