The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Portland, Oregon metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, added up to $14.614 million. All five were single-family homes, and they were spread across four cities: two in Portland, one each in Wilsonville and Lake Oswego, and one in Camas, Washington.
The group ran from a home completed last year to one built in the 1920s, with stops along the way in a gated hillside community and the established Dunthorpe neighborhood.
No. 1 — $3,975,000 · 12320 SW Riverview Ln, Wilsonville, Oregon

The week’s top sale was a home on the Willamette River in Wilsonville, which sold furnished for $3,975,000. Built in 1953 in the daylight ranch style and since remodeled, the cedar-clad home has six bedrooms, six baths and 7,049 square feet on two stories, the most living space of the five sales. Its 1.30-acre lot, private and terraced, was also the largest in the group.
Walnut ceilings and heated tile floors give the living room its character, and a fireplace anchors the space. The kitchen has a waterfall-edge island, professional-grade appliances and custom cabinetry, and a separate butler’s pantry adds a second refrigerator and plenty of storage. Disappearing glass walls open onto a covered patio that has a concrete fireplace of its own.
The primary suite has a large walk-in closet and a bathroom with a sauna and a heated soaking tub. Three more bedrooms on the main level each have their own bathroom, and a main-floor office opens to its own patio. The walkout lower level adds a large family room with a wet bar, two more bedrooms and a full bathroom, with a door out to the backyard.
Outside, a hidden door beneath the patio leads to a detached rooftop entertainment space whose patio looks out over the river. For boating, the property has a covered dry dock and a boat lift. The property last sold in 2017 for $1.349 million.
Heather Robbins of Robbins Realty Group was the listing agent for the week’s highest-priced sale, and Mike Hall of Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.
