The main living rooms are on the second floor, where the ocean is in view. The living room has a gas fireplace, built-in cabinetry and a workspace. The kitchen is fitted with Thermador appliances, among them several ovens, a warming drawer and two dishwashers, plus a built-in Miele espresso machine and a small wine refrigerator.
