Pensacola, Florida Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Soundview Woods Waterfront Home Sells for $2.7 Million

A waterfront French Country house in Gulf Breeze’s Soundview Woods sold for $2.7 million to lead the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Pensacola, Florida metro area for the week ending August 16, 2026. The five transactions combined for $7.84 million.

The week’s sales span Soundview Woods, Pensacola, Girard Place and Sea Pines, running from a 1916 Victorian restored in the Old City Tract downtown to a custom estate finished in 2024 on 1.11 acres. Waterfront homes with private boat docks took the No. 1 and No. 5 spots. Mark Lee of Levin Rinke Realty was the listing agent on the No. 1, No. 2 and No. 4 sales.
