Four of the five were single-family homes and one was a condominium. The group runs from a home more than a century old to one that is brand new, and from a lot of under two acres to farmland of nearly 100.
No. 1 — $8,500,000 · 9553 Clovercroft Rd, Franklin, Tennessee

The property at 9553 Clovercroft Road in Franklin, known as Flying W Ranch, sold for $8.5 million, and most of what the buyer acquired is land. The farm covers 99.37 acres, the largest lot in this Top 5, with open pasture and woods across rolling ground and views over a valley. A pond with a fountain is on the property, and there are other buildings on the farm as well.
The home is a one-story brick ranch built in 1958, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,764 square feet, the smallest living area among the five sales. It has a fireplace, wood and tile floors and a covered porch. There is a circular driveway and a two-car garage that faces the side. The land is zoned RD-5, and the listing says it has potential for 19 lots.

A condominium at 2043 Veterans Parkway in Murfreesboro sold for $6.81 million, the second-highest price of the week. Built in 2019, it has 15,530 square feet and 15.5 bathrooms on 1.90 acres. Those figures tie it with the next sale on this list for the largest living area and the most bathrooms in this Top 5. The property last sold for $342,000 in 2020. No. 3 — $6,809,037 · 3315 Siegel Rd, Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Murfreesboro also had the third-highest sale. The single-family home at 3315 Siegel Road, built in 2017, sold for $6.81 million and sits on 2.32 acres. Like the Veterans Parkway condominium, it has 15,530 square feet and 15.5 bathrooms. Together, the two Murfreesboro sales came to $13,619,823. The listing agent for this sale could not be verified.

No. 4 — $5,800,000 · 4623 Johnny Bennett Rd, Thompsons Station, Tennessee

The newest home in this Top 5 was built in 2026 on 5.47 acres of rolling hills in Thompsons Station. The three-story home at 4623 Johnny Bennett Road sold for $5.8 million. It is less than five minutes from Interstate 840, with convenient access to Franklin and Nashville.
