Water and golf run through the group: a Bay Hill house framed on three sides by Arnold Palmer’s championship course, a Johns Lake home with a private dock, and a pond-front residence inside the guard-gated Reserve at Lake Butler Sound. No. 1 — $3,450,000 · 7958 S Park Place, Orlando, Florida

A custom house at 7958 South Park Place, finished this year, closed on August 13, 2026 for $3,450,000. The five-bedroom residence, a reported 4,839 square feet, stands in South Bay, a small enclave in the Bay Hill area of Dr. Phillips.
