A newly completed house in the Bella Collina community at Montverde sold for $3.90 million, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Orlando, Florida metro area for the week ending August 9, 2026. The five leading closings reported across the metro that week combined for $14.00 million in Orlando-area real estate.

The week’s sales were recorded in Montverde, Winter Park, Windermere and the Lake Nona section of Orlando, and the communities named on the list are Bella Collina, Park Grove, Bellaria, Lake Nona Estates and Sawyer Sound. Windermere is represented twice, at Nos. 3 and 5, and build years across the group run from 1960 to 2025.
