The five leading closings reported across the metro that week combined for $10.38 million in Indianapolis-area real estate.

The week’s sales run north and east of the city, through Clay in Carmel, the Valleys At Geist and Hamilton Proper in Fishers, Chatham Village in Westfield and the lake country at Nineveh. Fishers appears twice. Build years stretch from a 1989 ranch on acreage to a house completed in 2026, and the group pairs two lake settings with a golf-course community and a wooded custom estate.
