No. 1 — $1,680,000 · 117B 13th Ave. S, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Top home sale No. 1 in Myrtle Beach & Southern Grand Strand, South Carolina — 117B 13th Ave. S, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, week ending November 1, 2026

The week’s top sale was a new-construction raised beach home on 13th Avenue South in Myrtle Beach, which sold for $1,680,000 with its furnishings included. The listing anticipated delivery of the finished home by December 1, 2026, so several of its spaces are described here as the plans call for them.

The home has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and 3,729 square feet of living space over three stories, on a lot of 3,920 square feet, the smallest of the five. A four-stop elevator runs from the ground level up to the third floor. The bedrooms are split, and there is more than one primary suite.

The plans make the ground level more than a place to park. Besides parking beneath the home and an enclosed garage and storage space with a roll-up door, they call for an entertaining room with a bar, a sink and a refrigerator, along with a half bath and a pool equipment room. Outside, the pool is a heated saltwater gunite pool with a step-in entry, three to five feet deep. A six-by-six hot tub, a paver deck and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water join it, and a six-foot vinyl privacy fence encloses the pool area.

The kitchen is planned with 42-inch cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The exterior is James Hardie fiber-cement siding, with composite decking and vinyl railings on the porches. There is no HOA. The beach is roughly 450 feet away as the crow flies, and restaurants, shops and parks are within walking or golf-cart distance.

Dan P Sine of Dunes Realty Sales was the listing agent, and Derrick Legacy Team of EXP Realty LLC represented the buyer in the highest-priced sale of the week.
