Oconomowoc produced the top two sales, the Silver Lake house and a condominium looking out on Lac La Belle from the downtown, and the rest of the list landed in Fox Pt, New Berlin and Hartland. Keller Williams Realty-Lake Country held the listing side of both Oconomowoc transactions, the week’s two highest-priced reported sales.
No. 1 — $3,900,000 · 3005 N Silver Cedar Road, Oconomowoc, Wisconsin
