Di Lido Island, one of Miami Beach’s Venetian Islands, produced the week’s highest reported sale. The 2018 house at 508 W Dilido Dr traded at $22,750,000 in a closing dated August 3, 2026. It carries four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and a reported 5,501 square feet.
