Miami-Dade County, Florida Top 5 Home Sales: $37.8 Million Miami Beach Condo Leads Sales From Bal Harbour to Coral Gables

The five highest-priced home sales reported in Miami-Dade County, Florida for the week ending November 1, 2026 totaled $72.682 million. Three were condominiums, one each in Miami Beach, Coconut Grove and Bal Harbour, and two were single-family homes in Coral Gables, one on a Cocoplum canal and one on Old Cutler Road.

The homes were built between 1990 and 2020, and together they show the range of the county’s upper market: an island penthouse, a designer-finished apartment with bay views, a unit in an oceanfront tower, and two large homes on lots of half an acre and more. One Sotheby’s International Realty listed two of the five, and in one sale the same agent was on both sides.

Built in 2019, the condominium has 9,852 square feet of interior living space, the most of any home in this Top 5, along with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, eight of them full and two half.

The home has about 4,500 square feet of outdoor space, with several terraces and an outdoor kitchen, and at the top is a private rooftop terrace of more than 2,500 square feet with a pool of its own. Floor-to-ceiling windows open the rooms to the water and the city, with views that take in the ocean, Biscayne Bay, the Intracoastal, the golf course and the Miami skyline.

Inside, the walls were finished as gallery space for art, and the floors are wide oak and marble. The kitchen is by Boffi, with an island, a pantry and Miele and Sub-Zero appliances. The primary suite has a fireplace, a sitting area and two walk-in closets, and its bath is done in fluted marble with views across 180 degrees. The home also includes staff quarters and an elevator, and it comes with two garage spaces.

Fisher Island itself covers 216 acres. Residents share a beach club, a private marina, golf and tennis, a spa and fitness center, and seven places to dine.
