The week’s three highest-priced closings were recorded in Little Rock, with the other two in Conway and Vilonia. The houses date from 1996 to 2026 and cover a wide span of settings: a golf-course residence finished in 2026, two houses in the Heights, a remodeled Conway home with a pool, and a place on just under 15 acres outside Vilonia.
