The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Lancaster metro area for the week ending October 18, 2026, came to a combined $8.07 million. All five were single-family homes in Lancaster County, spread from the farmland around New Holland and Leola to Lititz and two addresses in Lancaster.
The group runs from a farmhouse built in the 19th century to the only newly built home among the five, and it includes one sale in which the same agent was on both sides.
