Settlement was recorded September 22, 2026. The sale was one of five reported across the Lancaster metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026, a group that together totaled $5.15 million.

Those closings reached Lancaster, Bird In Hand, Manheim, Lititz and East Petersburg. The group’s build years reach from a 1950 ranch house to a residence completed in 2026, and the week took in an agricultural property sold at auction, a builder’s new construction in the Parkside community and a Parade of Homes award winner in Haydn Manor.
