Kissimmee-St. Cloud / Osceola County, Florida Top 5 Home Sales: Waterside Vista Lakefront Home Leads at $1.3 Million

The highest-priced home sales reported in Kissimmee-St. Cloud / Osceola County, Florida for the week ending November 1, 2026, came to a combined $5.125 million. Two of the five were in Saint Cloud, two were in Celebration and one was in Kissimmee.

Four were single-family homes and one was a townhome. The oldest of the group was built in 1997 and the newest in 2020, and the settings ran from canal frontage and a golf resort to the walkable streets of Celebration and a country-sized lot outside town.

No. 1 — $1,335,000 · 5229 Waterside Vista Lane, Saint Cloud, Florida

Top home sale No. 1 in Kissimmee-St. Cloud / Osceola County, Florida — 5229 Waterside Vista Lane, Saint Cloud, Florida, week ending November 1, 2026

The week’s top sale was a Mediterranean-style home in Waterside Vista, a gated Saint Cloud community of 24 custom homes organized around boating. It sold for $1,335,000.

The entrance sets the tone: a two-story turret, castle-like in its massing, opens into a foyer 24 feet tall with a Juliet balcony looking down from above. Built in 2015, the home has six bedrooms, five bathrooms and 5,193 square feet on 0.64 acres. The owner’s suite is on the first floor, along with a second bedroom and full bath, and a residential elevator connects the two levels. Upstairs are four more bedrooms, a theater and a living room with a wet bar. The kitchen is built around an oversized granite island, with a gas cooktop and a separate butler’s pantry.

The home fronts both a canal and a lake. The canal leads to Fells Cove and East Lake Tohopekaliga and on into the Chain of Lakes, and it is deep enough for an owner to add a private dock. A heated saltwater pool sits under a new screened enclosure, and more than 84 solar panels convey with the home. For anyone with boats or cars, the five-car split garage has a workshop, a Tesla charger and an EVBox charging station, and the extended driveway fits up to 11 vehicles. The property last sold for $950,000 in 2020.

Sulamita Del Valle of JUPITER PROPERTIES, INC was the listing agent for the week’s highest-priced sale, and Zachary Neira of EXP REALTY LLC represented the buyer.

Few addresses in Celebration sit closer to the center of things. This corner townhome is less than a block from downtown Celebration and Celebration K-8 School, and it sold for $1,100,000. Built in 1997, it is the oldest of the five homes.

The Colonial-style stucco home rises three stories and has five bedrooms, five full baths and a half bath in 3,403 square feet. Top home sale No. 3 in Kissimmee-St. Cloud / Osceola County, Florida — 1101 Banks Rose Court, Celebration, Florida, week ending November 1, 2026

In Celebration’s South Village, a David Weekley Homes design known as the Grady Craftsman sold for $925,000. The home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac, on an oversized corner lot that backs onto wooded conservation land. It was built in 2001, and the property last sold that same year for $283,700.

A covered front porch, mature landscaping and a gated brick paver driveway set up the approach. Inside, the home has four bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath in 2,915 square feet, with high ceilings. The living and formal dining areas wrap around an updated kitchen with a center island, custom cabinetry and built-in spaces for pets. Above the garage is a studio apartment with a full kitchen, a full bath, a loft for storage or sleeping, a private side entrance and a deck that looks out over the conservation area. The garage itself includes a workshop with separate air conditioning. Behind the home, a fenced yard has a greenhouse, a garden and a brick paver patio facing the woods. Celebration’s trail network, which runs more than 26 miles, along with its parks, pools and tennis courts, is part of the neighborhood.

Top home sale No. 4 in Kissimmee-St. Cloud / Osceola County, Florida — 1554 Corolla Court, Kissimmee, Florida, week ending November 1, 2026

The largest home of the week, at 5,313 square feet, is a three-story residence in Reunion Resort in Kissimmee that sold for $885,000. Its seven bathrooms are the most among the five, and its six bedrooms tie it with the top sale for the most.

Built in 2005, the block and stucco home has six full baths and a half bath. There are two primary bedrooms on separate levels, both with California closets, and a large private in-law suite. The living room opens onto a covered patio, the family room has a fireplace, and the private courtyard pool comes with an outdoor grill. The two-car attached garage has room for a golf cart as well.

Reunion Resort is about six miles from Walt Disney World. The community has three championship golf courses, by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Tom Watson, along with 14 community pools and a water park with a lazy river and a water slide.

No. 5 — $880,000 · 3454 Imperial Avenue, Saint Cloud, Florida

Top home sale No. 5 in Kissimmee-St. Cloud / Osceola County, Florida — 3454 Imperial Avenue, Saint Cloud, Florida, week ending November 1, 2026

The newest home of the five, built in 2020, also sits on the most land: a fenced 2.07-acre corner lot in Saint Cloud’s St. Cloud Manor, at a dead-end street, with no homeowners association. It sold for $880,000.

The custom traditional home, finished in block, stone and stucco, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 3,143 square feet. The primary bedroom is on the main floor, set apart from the other bedrooms, and the open plan joins the kitchen with the family room. The standout room is a bonus room 37 feet long, sized for a game room, a media room or a second living area.

Much of the property’s appeal is outside. A separate driveway leads to a detached building of 4,000 square feet with concrete floors, electricity and water, room enough for boats, trailers or equipment. The home’s own side-facing garage includes an air-conditioned workshop, and a transfer switch is in place for a generator. The home has front and rear porches, and the cleared, level lot has wooded views. The St. Cloud lakefront, schools and shopping are minutes away.

Justin Shrouder and Nicholas Shrouder, both of AVANTI WAY REALTY LLC, were the listing agents, and Sonia Crespo Ballesteros of LPT REALTY, LLC represented the buyer.
