Three of the five highest-priced home sales reported in Hudson–Catskill, New York for the week ending November 1, 2026 were in Windham, two of them on White Way at Windham Mountain Club. The rest of the list reaches from a hamlet main street in Germantown, the only sale in Columbia County, to five acres of woods in Jewett. Together the five sales came to $7.16 million.
No. 1 — $2,190,735 · 16 White Way, Windham, New York

The top sale of the week is a timber-frame ski home set directly on the White Way trail at Windham Mountain Club, and it sold for $2,190,735. A heated ski and boot room, floored in brick, opens straight onto the trail as well as onto a large deck.
Built in 1999 with timber-peg joinery and finished outside in stone and wood siding, the home has the look of a traditional mountain lodge. Inside, the walls are clad in wood and the ceilings are vaulted and crossed with exposed beams. The great room is the center of the home, with a wood-burning fireplace and two stories of windows looking out to the mountain. The kitchen, dining area and living space run together as one open room.
The home has five bedrooms, four full baths and a half bath, and 4,069 square feet across three stories. A guest bedroom on the first floor has its own bath and a door to the deck. In the primary suite, a soaking tub takes in the mountain views, and the suite also has two vanities, its own shower and a walk-in closet. An adjoining flex room could serve as an office or extra sleeping space. More bedrooms and baths are on the finished lower level, along with laundry. The property last sold for $1.52 million in 2020.

A short way along the same road, 37 White Way sold for $1,700,000. The cedar-sided home sits on the east side of Windham Mountain Club, a few steps from the trails, and looks out over the valley and the town of Windham below. At 4,247 square feet, it is the largest of the five homes.
The living room rises to a high ceiling, with a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a wall of windows onto the deck.
