The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Indianapolis metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, came to a combined $10.375 million. Four of the five were in Hamilton County, two of them in Westfield, and the fifth was in Zionsville in Boone County.
The group spans more than three decades of building, from a 1994 home in Carmel to a new-construction home finished this year. Two of the sales tied for fourth place, each closing at $1,800,000, and one of them was handled on both sides by the same agent.
No. 1 — $2,770,000 · 16195 Oak Rd, Westfield, Indiana

The most expensive sale of the week was also the newest home in the group. The home at 16195 Oak Road in Westfield, completed in 2026, sold for $2,770,000. It sits on 4.07 acres, the largest lot among the five, and was set facing southwest so that its rear rooms and patios take the afternoon and evening light.
An arched entry opens to rooms with 12-foot ceilings, Andersen windows and solid wood doors. The traditional design, finished in stone and cement siding, has 7,816 square feet of living space on two floors, with five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and seven baths in all: five full and two half. The kitchen has an island and a scullery beside it, and the home also has two laundry rooms, a wet bar, a flex space above the garage and a wellness room with a sauna. A two-sided fireplace serves the great room.
Outdoors, two covered patios share a two-sided fireplace and an outdoor kitchen, and the rest of the acreage is open land. The property has a three-car side-facing garage, no homeowners association, and sits minutes from downtown Westfield.
The home went under contract 20 days after it was listed. Alexis Alvey and Nick Burrow of The Brokerage Company of Indiana were the listing agents, and Kyle Ingle of eXp Realty, LLC represented the buyer.
