Indianapolis, Indiana Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: $2.22 Million Noblesville Closing Leads the Week

The estate at 17245 S Mill Creek Road, built in 2001 on 6.74 wooded acres, brought the top price among five reported sales across the Indianapolis, Indiana metro area that combined for $9.33 million for the week ending September 6, 2026.

The week’s sales reach well beyond one corner of the metro: two closed in Noblesville, including one on Morse Reservoir in the Oakbay community, while the others landed in Zionsville, in New Palestine in Hancock County, and on Lamb Lake in Trafalgar’s Lamb Lake Estates. Four of the properties sit on more than an acre of ground, and a Zionsville closing that finished above its final asking price appears at No. 4.
