A six-bedroom house in Westchester sold for $1.80 million, the highest-priced home sale publicly reported in the Omaha, Nebraska metro area for the week ending August 9, 2026. The five leading closings reported across the metro that week combined for $7.07 million in Omaha-area real estate.

The week’s sales were recorded in Omaha, Elkhorn and Valley, and the addresses fall in Westchester, Silverleaf Estates, Linden Estates and the Flat Water community.
