These are the highest-priced home sales reported in the Greater Hartford Area, Connecticut for the week ending October 25, 2026. Together the five sales came to $4.27 million, and every one of them was a single-family home in Hartford County.
Only the top sale passed the million-dollar mark. Below it, the list tightens: the third- and fourth-ranked homes sold for the same price, and Coldwell Banker Realty was the listing brokerage on two of the five sales.
