These are the five highest-priced home sales reported in Fresno Metro Area, California for the week ending October 25, 2026, and together they came to $5.34 million. One sale was in Madera County, at Bass Lake, and the other four were in Fresno County: a farm in Laton, two homes in Fresno and a country property in Clovis.
All five are single-family homes, but they share little else. The list moves from the mountains to farmland, from a home built in the 1940s to homes finished this year, and from a lot of a few thousand square feet to one of more than 50 acres.
No. 1 — $1,750,000 · 38954 Lake Point Ct, Bass Lake, California

The top sale of the week was a lakefront cabin in Lakeshore Park at Bass Lake, which sold for $1,750,000. A path leads down from the property to its own aluminum boat dock.
Built in 1968, the two-level cabin is clad in redwood siding that was hand-sanded and stained, and its interior walls are pine and redwood. A natural rock wall anchors the living room. The upstairs and downstairs are set up as fully independent living spaces, each with its own kitchen. The remodeled kitchen has custom walnut cabinets and Taj Mahal quartz counters finished with a chipped edge. Downstairs, stacking glass doors open to the outdoors and the bathroom is finished in stone, and there is also a private outdoor shower. From the rear deck, a bear-resistant gate opens toward the lake.
The home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 1,995 square feet on a 4,791-square-foot lot, the smallest home and the smallest lot among the five sales. Ownership also comes with access, through a PG&E land lease, to about 11 acres with a private beach, a boat launch and boat storage, shared by 35 neighboring households. The property last sold for $1.005 million in 2021.
