No. 1 — $1,812,500 · 2283 E Sarazen Ave, Fresno, California

The top sale of the week was a custom home in Fresno’s Woodward Park neighborhood that sold for $1,812,500 after a renovation carried out over the past two years. Built in 2006, the two-story home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and 5,392 square feet of living space, the most of any home in this Top 5, on a 0.39-acre lot.

The primary suite is on the main level, with its own fireplace, a large bath and a custom walk-in closet; the home has five fireplaces in all. There is also a soundproofed theater room. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, a loft and a laundry room. The renovation brought new cabinetry, counters, lighting and fixtures throughout, large-format tile and hardwood floors, Savant audio through the whole home and a Tesla solar system.
The backyard is private, with a PebbleTec pool and water feature, a fire pit, a built-in pizza oven and a covered patio. The home is in the Clovis Unified School District. The property last sold for $1.75 million in 2022.
