Fort Collins, Colorado Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Mountain View Acreage Leads at $1.9 Million, With Estes Park on the List

These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Fort Collins metro area for the week ending October 18, 2026, and together they came to $5.61 million. Four of the homes are in Fort Collins and one is in Estes Park, all of them in Larimer County.

The group spans half a century of building, from a home finished in 1966 to one completed in 2015, and runs from an acreage property at the edge of the foothills to a corner lot in a newer subdivision. Two of the five were reshaped by major remodels, and one sale had the same agent on both sides.

No. 1 — $1,885,405 · 3165 Stargazer Ct, Fort Collins, Colorado

Top home sale No. 1 in the Fort Collins metro area β€” 3165 Stargazer Ct, Fort Collins, Colorado, week ending October 18, 2026

In the Mountain View neighborhood of northwest Fort Collins, 3165 Stargazer Court sold for $1,885,405. The Contemporary home, built in 2002, sits on a cul-de-sac on 2.30 acres, the largest lot of the week, and at 4,500 square feet it is also the largest home among the five. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and two stories, finished outside in brick, stucco and frame, with views of the hills.

The grounds set this property apart from the others on the list. More than 100 mature trees surround the home, perennial gardens fill in around them, and there is no homeowners association, with space to keep horses. Much of the landscaping and the outdoor living areas were redone in 2021, when a good share of the home was also updated. An oversized attached garage fits three cars, and there is RV parking.

Inside, the living room centers on a large gas fireplace, with windows facing west toward the wildlife on the surrounding land. The kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, an island and a pantry, and there is a separate dining room. On the main level, engineered wood floors run over in-floor heating, and an office looks out to the foothills. The primary suite has a seating area, a walk-in closet and a five-piece bath. Upstairs are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large family room. Old Town Fort Collins is less than 10 minutes away, by the listing’s account.

The property last sold in 2020 for $878,000. This time it went under contract 21 days after it was listed. Jillian Antinora of Antinora Real Estate was the listing agent, and Tara Jones of Opendoor Brokerage LLC represented the buyer in the top sale of the week.

No. 2 — $1,075,000 · 1917 Sheely Dr, Fort Collins, Colorado

Top home sale No. 2 in the Fort Collins metro area β€” 1917 Sheely Dr, Fort Collins, Colorado, week ending October 18, 2026

Built in 1966, the home at 1917 Sheely Drive in Spring Valley is the oldest in this week’s Top 5, and it was fully remodeled in 2021. It sold for $1,075,000.

The remodel kept the drama of the Contemporary design. Ceilings rise high above the main rooms, and a wall of windows faces south. In the great room, exposed wood and steel beams frame tall windows and sliding doors. An original two-way gas fireplace is shared between the great room and a dining and lounge area with a wet bar. The redone kitchen has new appliances, a large island, two sinks, a pantry and a built-in gas grill.

The bedrooms sit on the main floor along a sunlit, vaulted hallway, and the secondary bedrooms have built-in sleeping lofts above them. The primary suite has a sliding door to a large deck and a spiral staircase down to a hot tub, and a hidden bookshelf links it to the living room.

Downstairs, the walkout basement has close to 1,900 square feet of finished recreation space. It has a wood-burning moss rock fireplace and an indoor-outdoor bar that opens straight onto the backyard and its outdoor kitchen. The large recreation room there was formerly the garage. Out back, the refreshed yard has a custom treehouse.

In all, the home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,990 square feet on a sloping lot of 10,865 square feet, and it has city views. It is steps from the Spring Creek Trail, and CSU and Canvas Stadium are within walking distance. The property last sold in 2011 for $262,500.

Emily Heinz of Downtown Real Estate Brokers was the listing agent, and Emily Mack of Helix Properties, LLC represented the buyer in the week’s No. 2 sale.

At 2313 Lodgepole Creek Drive in Mail Creek Crossing, the newest home in the group sold for $910,000. Completed in 2015, the two-story home stands on a corner lot of 8,059 square feet and has four bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath across 4,133 square feet. A front porch leads to an entry and a main-floor office behind French doors.

Finish work gives the home its character: hand-scraped wood floors, wainscoting, shiplap and designer lighting, with motorized shades on the large windows. The kitchen, built around a generous island, opens to the dining area and the great room, where a fireplace rises under dramatic ceilings. Upstairs, all four bedrooms share the floor with the laundry room.
