These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Fort Collins metro area for the week ending October 11, 2026, and together they came to $7.21 million. Four of the homes are in Fort Collins and one is in Loveland, and their range is wide: the oldest was built in 1901 and the newest in 2002, and the lots run from 9,438 square feet to 14.69 acres.
Three of the five sit on acreage, with barns, sheds, workshops and room for horses or a small farm. The other two are in established Fort Collins neighborhoods, one on West Mountain Avenue and the other in a lake community with its own pool and courts.
