Northwest Arkansas Top 5 Home Sales: A $1.7 Million Bentonville Estate Leads Four Bentonville Homes and a Bella Vista Lakefront

These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in Northwest Arkansas for the week ending October 4, 2026, and together they came to $7.255 million. All five are two-story single-family homes in Benton County, and four of them are in Bentonville.

The group spans four decades of building, from a 1977 brick home in downtown Bentonville to a custom residence completed in 2017. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Solutions Real Est was the listing brokerage on the top three sales.

No. 1 — $1,700,000 · 904 NW Oxford Gate, Bentonville, Arkansas

The week’s top sale sits on 1.89 wooded acres in the Heathrow neighborhood of North Bentonville, along the Razorback Greenway. The landscaped, sloping lot is shaded by hardwood trees, and downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges and the Walmart Home Office are minutes away. It is the largest lot of the five.

The brick, traditional-style home was built in 2005 and has 5,118 square feet, the most living space in this group. It has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, four full and one half. There are three fireplaces, in the living room, the family room and a bedroom.
