The 2006 house at 19 W Nottingham Ln, a five-bedroom residence of a reported 5,569 square feet in the Pinnacle community of Rogers, had previously changed hands for $1,544,000 in 2024. Its September 24, 2026 transaction led five reported home sales across the Fayetteville, Arkansas metro area for the week ending September 27, 2026, a group that came to $7.82 million.

Rogers, Garfield, Bentonville and Fayetteville are each represented on the list. It reaches from a 1993 lakefront house with a private dock on Beaver Lake at Garfield to new 2026 construction in Fayetteville’s Rosswood and in the Aurora Heartbeat neighborhood of Bentonville.
