The estate sits on 8.7 gated acres in Evergreen’s Bendemeer area with panoramic views of Mt. Blue Sky, and its $6.98 million closing led all reported home sales in the Denver, Colorado metro area for the week ending September 6, 2026. The week’s five highest-priced reported sales combined for $24.96 million.

The five sales span Bendemeer, Cherry Hills Farm West, Cherry Hills Village, Rolling Hills and Downtown, with two of the closings landing in Cherry Hills Village. Build years on the list range from 1986 to 2019, and the properties run from mountain acreage in Evergreen to a 40th-floor residence above downtown Denver.
