The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Deltona, Florida, metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, totaled $9.914 million. Four of them were in Palm Coast, in Flagler County, and the fifth was in Port Orange, in Volusia County.
The group leans toward the coast and the fairway. Three of the sales were in the gated oceanfront golf communities around Hammock Dunes and Ocean Hammock, and the list includes four single-family homes and one condominium. One of the five is new construction, finished in 2026, while the oldest dates to 1993.
No. 1 — $2,970,000 · 32 Hammock Beach Circle S, Palm Coast, Florida

The most expensive sale of the week, at $2,970,000, was a custom Arthur Rutenberg home in Ocean Hammock that pairs Contemporary and Mediterranean styling with an unusual piece of history. A fireplace brought over from France stands inside, and the listing says it is believed to be more than 400 years old; the floor under it was reinforced to carry the weight.
Built in 2009 of block and stucco, the home rises three stories, with a private elevator serving each of them. It sits beside the private beach walkover, across from the neighborhood pool and clubhouse, and looks over the eighth tee box and green, with views of the golf course and, in part, the ocean. The home has five bedrooms, each with its own bath, along with six full baths and a half bath in all and 5,612 square feet of living space.
Each floor has its own role. The ground level is arranged for an extended family, with two en suite bedrooms, one of them an in-law suite with its own entrance, plus a sitting area and a fitness room. One of those baths opens to an outdoor shower lined in slate. The second floor is for living and entertaining: a kitchen finished in exotic granite, with Wolf double ovens, Sub-Zero refrigeration and a pair of 78-bottle wine refrigerators, opens through a sliding glass wall to a summer kitchen, while a second glass wall connects the great room to wraparound balconies above the ocean and fairway. That floor also has a formal dining room, a library with custom built-ins and a wine room. Jerusalem limestone runs through the interiors.
The top floor is given over to the owner’s suite, which has its own sitting area and wraparound balcony, three custom closets, a steam shower and separate his-and-hers bathrooms. Two more king-size bedroom suites share a sitting area and a front balcony. Outside, covered lanais on three levels have new tongue-and-groove ceilings, there is an outdoor fireplace, and a fountain made from an antique French well stands on the grounds. The property last sold for $850,000 in 2007, before the current home was built.
Katherine Gable of ONE SOTHEBYS INTERNATIONAL and Alan Messer of ONE SOTHEBYS INTERNATIONAL were the listing agents, and Renee Molitor of HAMMOCK REAL ESTATE GROUP represented the buyer in the week’s top sale.

The home has four bedrooms, four full baths and a half bath, and 4,652 square feet of living space under high and vaulted ceilings. A sixth-floor corner condominium at Tuscany At Hammock Dunes sold for $1,785,000. It faces the Atlantic directly, with full ocean views as well as views of the golf course, and floor-to-ceiling glass and wraparound balconies open the living space to the water and the morning light.
Built in 2006, the residence has four bedrooms, three full baths and a half bath, and 3,070 square feet arranged around an open plan. The kitchen flows into the living and dining areas, and the owner’s suite has its own bath and steps out to a balcony. The building has elevators, a fitness center, storage, and a heated pool and spa, and the unit comes with two assigned parking spaces.
Tuscany is part of the gated Hammock Dunes community, whose two golf courses include the oceanfront Tom Fazio Links Course and the Creek Course; club membership is offered separately. The property last sold for $1.35 million in 2007.
