
These were the five highest-priced home sales reported in the Cincinnati, Ohio metro area for the week ending October 4, 2026, and together they came to $8.66 million. Three of the homes are in Cincinnati, one is in Blue Ash and one is in Franklin, and all five are single-family homes.
The group runs from a home built in 2026 on more than 15 acres to a home from the 1990s in Patricks Glen with a pool and an outdoor kitchen. In two of the five sales, the same agent was on both sides, and Sibcy Cline, Inc. listed two of the homes.
No. 1 — $3,161,256 · 6041 Weidner Rd, Franklin, Ohio

The week’s top sale was in Franklin, where 6041 Weidner Road sold for $3,161,256. Brandon Homes designed and built the brick and stone home, which was completed in 2026 and stands on 15.29 acres in Warren County.
The scale shows from the entry. A two-story foyer with a statement staircase leads to the great room, where a coffered ceiling rises 25 feet. Most other ceilings are 10 to 12 feet high, and arched doorways and wood beams add detail. The open kitchen is built around an oversized waterfall island and has a custom butler’s pantry with its own sink. Tall walls of windows across the back of the home face the grounds, and a two-story covered terrace has a wood-burning fireplace.
The home went under contract six days after it was listed and sold at its full asking price. Erika Halburnt of Bella Realty Group was the listing agent and also represented the buyer, so the same agent was on both sides of the sale.

No. 2 — $1,432,000 · 4954 Heitmeyer Ln, Blue Ash, Ohio

In the kitchen, an oversized island has room for eating, and the pantry is fitted with custom organizers. The primary suite upstairs has a spa-style bath and two walk-in closets, and three more bedrooms share that floor with a Jack-and-Jill bath and the laundry.
