Cincinnati & West Side Area, Ohio Top 5 Home Sales: $1.6 Million Hyde Park Home Leads a Week From Oakley to Clifton

The five highest-priced home sales reported in Cincinnati & West Side Area, Ohio for the week ending October 25, 2026, came to a combined $4.781 million. All five are single-family homes in Cincinnati, in Hamilton County, and they cover most of a century of building: the oldest went up in the first decade of the 1900s and the newest in the 1980s.

Three of the five are three-story homes. Sibcy Cline, Inc. listed two of them.

No. 1 — $1,560,000 · 3444 Stettinius Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio

Top home sale No. 1 in Cincinnati & West Side Area, Ohio β€” 3444 Stettinius Ave, Cincinnati, Ohio, week ending October 25, 2026

The week’s top sale was a 1912 brick home in Hyde Park that has been completely transformed, including a 2023 addition that enlarged its living space. It sold for $1,560,000. With 4,042 square feet, it has the most living area of the five homes, and it has four bedrooms and four bathrooms on a 7,535-square-foot lot.

The rooms have high ceilings, and there are four working fireplaces, in the living room, the family room, the study and the primary bedroom. There is also a balcony.

The work carried on outside. The front porch and its steps have been restored, and there are side porches, patios and a private courtyard, along with fencing and irrigation. The driveway is new, and so is the two-car garage, which has a garden shed attached. The owner, a Master Gardener, designed the gardens, which include 50 species of native plants; the listing says the Cincinnati Zoo has recognized them as certified pollinator gardens. Even the front wall has a past: it was built in part with stone salvaged from a Miami & Erie Canal lock keeper’s home dating to 1845. The property last sold for $712,500 in 2022.

The home went under contract two days after it was listed and sold $60,000 above its $1.5 million asking price. Tom Canning of Comey & Shepherd and Julie B. Canning of Comey & Shepherd were the listing agents, and Robert DiTomassi of Comey & Shepherd represented the buyer.
