Chattanooga, Tennessee Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Mowbray Mountain Home Leads at $1.8 Million

The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Chattanooga metro area for the week ending October 11, 2026, added up to $6.991 million. Two of them were in Chattanooga itself, and the others were in Soddy Daisy, in Monteagle in Franklin County and in Ringgold, Georgia.

Four of the five are single-family homes and one is a townhome. Three of the properties have five acres or more, two of the homes are on one level, and in two of the sales the same agent was on both sides.

No. 1 — $1,775,000 · 10600 Skyridge Trl, Soddy Daisy, Tennessee

Top home sale No. 1 in the Chattanooga metro area β€” 10600 Skyridge Trl, Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, week ending October 11, 2026

The top sale of the week was mostly land. A 156.81-acre property on Mowbray Mountain in Soddy Daisy, the largest lot among the five, sold for $1,775,000. The home on it, built in 2009, has 2,090 square feet of living space, the least of any home in this Top 5.

The acreage is the story. A gated entrance opens onto a private driveway from Skyridge Trail, and the land also has about 370 feet of frontage on Mowbray Pike. Beyond the home are open pasture, woods and a pond, along with five greenhouses and a two-level barn and workshop with a lean-to for equipment. The land is zoned A-1 for agricultural use, and wildlife and hunting are part of life there.

The two-story home is finished in stone and stucco and has four bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath. The primary suite is on the main level, where hardwood floors run through the rooms and tall windows look out to the trees. A gas-log fireplace warms the living room, and a powder room and laundry closet sit close by. Upstairs are three more bedrooms and a bathroom. A wraparound porch takes in the mountain landscape, and there is a two-car garage. The property last sold in 2019 for $775,000.

Todd Henon of Keller Williams Realty was the listing agent. Keller Williams Realty listed three of the week’s five highest-priced sales: this one and the homes ranked third and fifth.
