Clarksville, Tennessee Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: A Builder’s Own Home in Copperstone Leads at $855,000

The five highest-priced home sales reported in the Clarksville metro area for the week ending October 11, 2026, came to a combined $3.21 million. All five are single-family homes in the city of Clarksville, in Montgomery County, and they span roughly a quarter century of building, from a 2002 home in the country to one finished this year. Three are two-story homes and two are on one level, and their settings range from a subdivision street to several acres of open land.

No. 1 — $855,000 · 279 Harrowgate Dr, Clarksville, Tennessee

Top home sale No. 1 in the Clarksville metro area β€” 279 Harrowgate Dr, Clarksville, Tennessee, week ending October 11, 2026

The top sale of the week was the home its builder put up as a personal residence in Copperstone, a 2017 two-story finished in brick and fiber cement that sold for $855,000. At 3,842 square feet, it has the most living space of the five homes. It has four bedrooms, three of them on the main level, along with three full baths and one half bath. A private office opens off the primary bedroom, the primary closet is generously sized, and the kitchen is backed by a walk-in pantry. Wood, tile and carpet cover the floors, and a gas fireplace warms the living space. The builder wired the home with a Savant smart home system, speakers, a multi-camera security system and central vacuum.

The lot is just under half an acre, the smallest in this group, with mature trees, a fenced yard and irrigation in both the front and back. Outdoor living is split between a screened-in porch and a patio, and a gas line is in place for grilling. The home has four garage spaces. A detached garage of about 25 by 40 feet has roughly 1,000 square feet of unfinished space downstairs that is heated and cooled, with room for parking and flex use, and upstairs a finished room that can work as an office, studio or guest suite, with a full bath. The property last sold for $680,000 in 2021.

The home went under contract six days after it was listed. Amanda Brummett of Benchmark Realty, LLC was the listing agent, and Terri A. Clark of Benchmark Realty represented the buyer.

No. 2 — $625,000 · 1365 Norman Ln, Clarksville, Tennessee

Top home sale No. 2 in the Clarksville metro area β€” 1365 Norman Ln, Clarksville, Tennessee, week ending October 11, 2026

The home at 1365 Norman Lane sits on 3.01 acres in the country, the largest lot among the five, and much of its appeal is outdoors. An in-ground pool anchors the yard. Nearby are a koi pond, raised garden beds and fruit trees, and a potting shed doubles as a greenhouse. A pergola stands beside an outdoor pizza oven, and the home also has a deck and a patio. The detached garage has a full bathroom and is plumbed for a future kitchen. For all that space, the property is convenient to downtown Clarksville, the marina, shopping and dining.

Built in 2002, it is the oldest home in this Top 5. It has 3,466 square feet, four bedrooms with one on the main level, and two full baths and one half bath. The kitchen is built for a crowd: custom cabinetry, granite countertops, a pot filler, three copper sinks in a Tuscan theme, and an island the listing says seats 10 to 12. A formal dining room sits apart from it, and a fireplace is in the living room. The bonus room is given over to entertaining, with a full wet bar that has a martini-shaped sink and a built-in keg dispenser.

The property sold for $625,000. It last sold for $285,000 in 2005, 21 years earlier, and went under contract 25 days after it was listed. Ashley Fitch of Tennessee’s Elite at BHHS PenFed Realty was the listing agent, and Jessica Nelson of Anew Real Estate Consultants represented the buyer.

Top home sale No. 3 in the Clarksville metro area β€” 59 Wofford Ests Lot 59, Clarksville, Tennessee, week ending October 11, 2026

The only new construction in this Top 5 is a ranch in Wofford Estates, completed in 2026 by Core Construction LLC and known as The Pearl. The all-brick home stands on one acre and puts everything on one level: 2,240 square feet with four bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath, plus a three-car garage. Visitors come through French doors into an entry foyer finished with crown molding and an arched opening, and arched openings continue down wide hallways through the home.

The living room has a tray ceiling and a fireplace. In the open kitchen, a large island with a bar top sits among granite counters, a double oven and a walk-in pantry, and the formal dining room is trimmed in wainscoting. The primary suite has a double tray ceiling, two walk-in closets, a soaking tub and a tiled shower with a bench and two shower heads. Each guest bedroom has a walk-in closet as well. A covered porch runs across the front, and a covered patio sits out back. The community has sidewalks and underground utilities.

The two-story home stands on 1.63 acres in a country setting with no homeowners association, and it has 3,248 square feet, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The primary suite is on the main level, with its own door to the covered patio, a custom walk-in closet, an oversized tiled shower and a freestanding soaking tub. That floor also has a dedicated office, a drop zone and a laundry room. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs, along with a loft, a spacious bonus room, a second laundry area and a full bath with double vanities. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet of its own.
