The prices ran from $970,000 at the top to $700,000 in fifth place. The group spans five decades of building, from a brick home finished in 1969 to a single-story home completed in 2019, and it includes one condominium alongside four single-family homes.
No. 1 — $970,000 · 9674 Golden Aster Ct, Clarence Center, New York

The week’s top sale was a patio home in the Spaulding Green community in Clarence Center, which sold for $970,000. Miosi Builders built the home in 2014, and it is owned as a condominium. It sits on a wooded 0.33-acre lot on a cul-de-sac, with views of a pond, and its exterior combines stone with shake and vinyl siding.
The great room has tall ceilings, walls of windows and a gas fireplace.
