Built in 2017, the house at 5551 Meadowglen Drive was listed by Karen Baker Levin of Howard Hanna WNY Inc., who also held the listing on the week’s No. 3 sale in East Amherst. The five highest-priced reported home sales in Buffalo real estate that week combined for $4.43 million.

The five sales span Clarence Center, Elma, East Amherst, Pinecrest and Clarence, in homes built from 1988 to 2017, and every home on the list has four bedrooms.
