Five bedrooms, a two-story foyer floored in marble tile and two wood-burning fireplaces sit behind the brick front of 137 Nottingham Ter, the Park Meadow-area house that led Buffalo-area home sales for the reporting week when it changed hands September 24, 2026. The five reported closings on the week’s list combined for $4.64 million.

Beyond a pair of Buffalo closings, both in the Park Meadow area, the list reaches Amherst, North Tonawanda and the town of Boston, New York. The oldest house on it dates to 1952 and the newest was completed in 2011, and the settings range from a city corner lot to roughly 15 acres with a private pond.

A five-bedroom brick Colonial at 137 Nottingham Ter in Buffalo sold for $1,250,000 on September 24, 2026, the highest-priced reported home sale in the metro area for the week. Built in 1967 on a large corner lot in the Park Meadow area, the house had been occupied by the same family ever since.

The living room is anchored by a wood-burning fireplace with a marble surround, and a library carries a second wood-burning fireplace, built-ins and sliding doors to the rear patio. The kitchen has quartz counters, a Blanco sink, an induction range and built-in Sub-Zero refrigeration, with hardwood flooring running through to the formal dining room.
