The 2015 house on Willowleaf Court closed $55,000 above its final asking price of $1,495,000 and went under contract 16 days after the current listing date, one of five reported sales across the Buffalo, New York metro area that combined for $4.74 million in the week ending September 6, 2026.

The week’s closings span Spaulding Green, Amherst, Hamburg, Boston and Windsor Ridge, with build years running from 2002 to 2015. Three of this week’s sales closed above their final asking prices, and Howard Hanna WNY Inc. held the listing side on two of this week’s five highest-priced reported sales.
