A waterfront condominium in The Harbor, a gated Greenwich community, sold for $6.50 million, the highest reported home sale in the Bridgeport, Connecticut metro area for the week ending September 13, 2026.

Bridgeport, Connecticut Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Greenwich Claims Three Spots, Including the $6.50 Million No. 1

Overlooking Smith Cove and Long Island Sound, the three-bedroom residence at 2 Oneida Dr #C-2 closed at its full asking price. Completed in 2016, it topped five Bridgeport-area home sales that combined for $23.45 million during the reporting week.

Greenwich addresses accounted for the No. 1, No. 3 and No. 5 sales, and the list as a whole spans Greenwich, Old Greenwich, Cos Cob and Waterside. The properties range from a 1972 house in Stamford’s Dolphin Cove community to a Cos Cob Colonial rebuilt and completed in 2026. Houlihan Lawrence handled the listing side of the No. 1 and No. 3 sales, while Brown Harris Stevens CT, LLC listed the No. 2 and No. 5 homes.
