Built in 1971, the five-bedroom house was listed by Jane A Dorger and Bob Dorger of Comey & Shepherd and led a week in which the five highest-priced reported home sales across the metro combined for $6.84 million. Every sale on this week’s list closed September 11, 2026.

The five sales span Hyde Park, Union Township, Carriage Hill, Sunnymede and Newport, taking in both the Ohio and Kentucky sides of the metro. The homes range from a 1908 brick residence in Newport’s Mansion Hill to a new home built in 2026 in Fort Mitchell, and agents from Comey & Shepherd held the listing side of both the No. 1 and No. 3 sales.
