Charlotte, North Carolina Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: New Mooresville Home Tops the Week at $6.70 Million

A gated Lake Norman property on 1.45 acres, with its own covered dock and deep-water access, headed the Charlotte metro area’s five highest-priced reported home sales for the week, which combined for $21.25 million in closings from September 7 through September 13.

The five sales span Mooresville, Lake Norman Island, Myers Park, Sailview and Sherwood Forest. Waterfront homes in Mooresville, Cornelius and Denver share this week’s Charlotte real estate list with in-town addresses in Myers Park and Sherwood Forest, and build years run from 1920 to 2026.

On the professional side, Liza Caminiti of Ivester Jackson Christie’s is named on the listing side at both No. 1 and No. 5.

No. 1 — $6,700,000 · 2536 Brawley School Rd, Mooresville, North Carolina
