Riverside, California Metro Area Top 5 Home Sales: Lake Arrowhead Home Tops the List at $7.29 Million

Set directly on the water with two private boat docks, the English Tudor house at 28089 Point Hamiltair Lane headed a week in which the Riverside metro area’s five highest-priced reported home sales totaled $21.99 million.

RealtyWire’s Top 5 for the week of September 7 through September 13, 2026, reaches from Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake to Alessandro Heights in the city of Riverside, the Tradition Golf Club community in La Quinta and Ironwood Country Club in Palm Desert. Build years on the list run from 1978 to 2007.

The lakefront property at 28089 Point Hamiltair Lane in Lake Arrowhead sold for $7.29 million in a transaction that closed on September 11, 2026. Built in 1978, the house has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a reported 5,470 square feet. It stands behind the gated entry of the Point Hamiltair community, across from Lake Arrowhead Village, and is reached by a stone approach. The property previously changed hands for $1,750,000 in 2003.

Listing materials identify David Abbott as the architect of an inside-and-out redesign of the English Tudor residence, carried out in a full construction remodel completed between 2004 and 2006. Exposed timber beams, hand-chiseled woodwork and custom wrought iron define the interior, along with custom cabinetry, handmade doors and woodwork crafted on site.
