Built in 2021 to a design by Stofft Cooney Architects, the Fort Charles Drive residence led five reported home sales that together accounted for $55.30 million in the Naples, Florida metro area for the week ending September 6, 2026.

The five sales span Port Royal, Georgetown, Belize and Aqualane Shores. Four closed in Naples and one on Marco Island, two of them in Aqualane Shores, and the houses were built across a span of years from 2004 to 2021.

Listing materials identify Stofft Cooney Architects, LLC as the designer of the West Indies-inspired residence, which sits along the wide waters of Smugglers’ Bay a short distance from the Port Royal Club.
