The house at 2715 N Grant St was completed in 2024 and stands in the Heights, with four bedrooms, five baths and a reported 4,289 square feet. Janet Jones Company listed it, and also listed the week’s second-highest closing, a 1941 house in Parkview.

The five sales combined for $5.85 million. They span Park View, Parkview, Chenal Valley The Arbors, Chenal Valley Sezanne Court and Bauxite, and their build years range from 1941 to 2024. One of them, on Sezanne Court in the Chenal area, closed above its final asking price.
