A private movie theater, a wine cellar, a home gym and two private courtyards fill the 2008 residence behind the gates of Calistoga, which went under contract 9 days after the current listing date. It was one of five home sales reported across the Colorado Springs metro area for the week ending September 6, 2026, closings that together totaled $8.19 million.

The five sales span Flying Horse, Broadmoor, Briargate and Northwest Colorado Springs, with two of the closings in Flying Horse. Their build years run from 2002 to 2023.
